The Bunting workshop is a great workshop to do if you are new to sewing, or if you want to learn how to make your own bunting for your home, summer house, party or as a gift for a friend or loved one.
During the session you will learn how to create your pattern repeat and overall design look by choosing your fabric color combinations, and then learn to lay and cut out the pattern pieces that will make up your flags.
You will learn how to pin accurately and sew your flags together so that you get a super nice point that will not fray. Lastly you learn how to add your trim joining all your flags together. At the end of the session you will leave with your bunting ready to hang up with pride or wrap up for that special someone.
We will break about half way through for refreshments, as sewing is thirsty work for mind and body therefore it’s only natural that there will be plenty of tea, coffee and cake to keep us going!
