Sewing Classes & Workshops

Whether you’re picking up a needle and thread for the first time, returning to sewing after a break, or looking to learn something new, there’s a class at Eli-b to help you enjoy sewing and develop your skills.

Classes take place in my home studio in Byfleet, Surrey, in small, friendly groups where you’ll have plenty of help and individual guidance.

Sewing courses

My sewing courses are designed to help you learn step by step, building your skills, knowledge and confidence as you go.

If you’ve never used a sewing machine before, the Beginners Introduction to Sewing Course is the ideal place to start. You’ll learn how to use your machine and master the essential techniques you need to begin sewing projects independently.

From there, you can continue developing your skills with courses in dressmaking, clothing and overlocking.

Most courses are taught over four 3-hour sessions, giving you plenty of time to practise and ask questions along the way.
