What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you book a class, we collect the personal information that you share with us. This includes your name, e-mail address, address and phone number so that we can send you an invoice and contact you about your booking.
We do not store any credit or debit card details.
Where is your data stored
We store your information on our database. We will not share your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
Gmail
We use Gmail for all of our email. When you send us an email, your email address and content will be stored on Gmail servers.
Mailchimp
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you periodic email newsletters to let you know about news or upcoming events. You can unsubscribe at any time. Mailchimp’s privacy policy can be found at www.mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
How we protect your data
We take data security seriously and have taken all reasonable measures to make sure that the information you share with us is kept secure. As the internet is not 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us, and you do so at your own risk. If we discover any unlawful breach of our database, we will notify the relevant authorities within 72 hours and also contact anyone whose data has been affected. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Photographic Release
From time to time I may take photographs during the class for promotional use. Should you wish to be excluded from photographs and such usage, then please let me know by emailing me at claire@eli-b.co.uk.
