This is a great workshop to do if you are new to sewing or have sewn before and would like to learn how to make your own Christmas Sack from start to finish.
We will break about half way through for refreshments, as sewing is thirsty work for mind and body therefore it’s only natural that there will be plenty of tea, coffee and cake to keep us going!
Materials required for Session:
- 1 x meter of 140cm wide fabric for the main sack. If the fabric is between 130cm and 112cm wide then please bring 2 x meters
- 60cm of 140cm wide fabric for the cuff at the top in a contrasting fabric
- If the fabric for your cuff is between 130cm and 112cm wide then please bring 1 x meter for the cuff
- 3 x Meters of cord to draw up the sack at the top
- Thread to match
